Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Mind Models app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Funneldom, a company registered in Athens, Greece ("we", "us", or "our").

Mind Models is a mobile learning application that teaches mental models through personalised lesson plans, spaced repetition, and progress tracking. The App is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.

To use the App you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at legal@funneldom.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the App without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

All content in the App — including but not limited to lesson text, illustrations, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Funneldom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acquire no ownership rights by using the App.

The App offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing you agree to the applicable store's payment terms.

• Pricing — subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Renewal — subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation — you can cancel at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds — all refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. We have no control over refund decisions.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the App. Deletion is irreversible and will remove all your data from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel that separately through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content within the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funneldom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer protection law.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Funneldom only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
